Hi i am AAAAAAA patel, i feel that i have low sperm because me n my wife mostly do sex from 1 year but still i have no get good news why ? i want to know any perticular food is best for it. Any medical Check up required for this

If conception has not taken place for 1 year ,it does not mean that you have low sperm count.
Visit your doctor .he will conduct investigations including semen analysis to find the cause
