Not Getting Periods, Taking Primolut N. Will It Help?

hi i have started taking Primolut N its been 1 half days my doc told me to take it for 7 days 3times a day, since ive not got my periods 2 months after my miscarriage. im not pregnant again either. I want to know whether i will get my priods regulary every month.
