HI I have gone through your mail and as you said that you are having running nose like clear water and bouts of sneezing all these symptoms are main features of allergic rhinitis. Allergic features manifests only when one comes in contact with allergen. Since you have a cat, the hairs of cat is acts as allergen to someones. so you are now advice to contact doctor for your allergy test by this one can say about items which may produce allergy in your nose. Best way of treating allergy is to avoid the contact with allergen, if avoidance of contact with allergen is not possible than you should go for desensatization by suitable vaccines as reported in allergy test. Thanks.
