Nose Injury. Feeling Sleepy, Headache, Pain When Touching Nose
Well today we were doing mat drills in athletics to day and in the middle of the drill, i collided woth another girl my nose hit her head. I didn t tell my coach it hurt I just keep going threw the drill and shook it off. But after athletics I got very sleepy and then got a headache and now when I touch my nose bone it hurts
After the accident you had during spots, you you may have sprained your nose bones (cartilage) or broke them especially given the pain and headaches you feel. The headaches and sleepiness may even signal some other deeply rooted complication.
So it is advisable you go to the ER, see a physician and do an X-ray. It may just be soft tissue (skin & muscle) pain from the trauma but it is prudent to see a physician earlier enough and have appropriate and timely treatment.
Wish you quick recovery and all the best. :-)
