Nose Bleed During A Bowel Movement

I have had a nose bleed during a bowel movement . Usually stops once a blood clot comes out of nose. It has happened twice in three days, both times in the morning. I am a 34 year old male, should I worry?

Get a thorough examination of the nose done by a good ENT specialist. If there is any weak blood vessel in the nose it can rupture during straining.
