We understand your concerns

I went through your query and I am sure that escapng some semen through your urine during urination is quite normal.

Semen is a waste product. It is produced drop by drop whenever we are sexually aroused and will be stored for further evacuation. Normally it is evacuated through masturbation or sexual intercourse. Sometimes it is evacuated even through while sleeping.

Semen escape with urine normally takes place in the mornings. Such an occurance is considered healthy because body is doing its job properly.
In your young age, you have so many other priorities. Just forget this.

Hope I was able to answer your query. Available for further assistance.
Good luck.
