Non-itchy rashes on the face. Perioral dermatitis diagnosed. No medication for this?

My daughter has a rash on her face....she s 25 years ...small bumps with hole in center......on forehead .. chin ...cheeks....hairline and now on neck. They do not itch ....the rash seems to subside and then flare up. Been to dermatologist who thinks it s perioral dermatitis .....medication did not work. It s not acne......any thoughts?

Bumps are acne vulgaris. Avoid tension, take good sleep, avoid milk and milk products. Take azithromycine tab 500 mg daily morning for 1 month, then three per week (mon, tue, wen.) for 6 months.
Wash the face with cleansing face wash, like acmed face wash. Apply clindamycine gel at night daily till lesions subside.
