Non-cyclic Mastalgia On One Breast, Have Periodic Onsets Of Vomiting, Migraine, Nasal Bleeding, Cough With Blood, Intense Weakness In Arms, Blood Tests Normal. Why Is It Happening?

Hi there, for past three years i have been experiencing onsets of vomiting , migraines, bleeding nose , coughing blood and coughing. i have been to the hospital several times and also to see my GP. blood results always come out clear with low iron only. i have these onsets every2-3 months. i also have non cyclic mastalgia with lumps on left breast . very sore! i also sometimes feel great weakness in my left arm and am unable to hold anything. for three years i have been suffering from this every few months and docs have not found any abnormalities. what is happening?

Hi Welcome to healthcare magic
to make things most clear, it will be nice you mention your age, as the symptoms you are describing appear to be peri-menopausal symptoms( usually around 45 years of age when the menstrual cycle is about to stop).
These are form of psychosomatic symptoms, if your breast examination, blood test are normal then there is no cause of concern. Have a balanced diet, sleep well. Consult your Gynaecologist if you are in peri-menopausal period for HRT(Hormone replacement therapy)

Hi welcome to HCMForum. Probably you got treated for symptoms all the time.
I advise you to consult a gynaecologist. if already under treatment periodical
follow ups are necessory. besides i advise you to consult a hematologist for
diagnosis. some times haemophelia may effect females. Besides i advise you
to have balanced diet containing green leafy vegetables pulses sprouts egg
meat fruits and juices. to build up immunity and anti oxident activity. Avoid
spices chillies potato and tomato. thank you.
