I get embarrassing noises coming from my abdomen , and also noises from which seem to coming from the anus but is not a usual fart . I also have seen blood in my stool which comes and goes. I take charcoal tablets which work for the evening but don t seem to have any effect during the day, especially the morning. I watch what I eat and I have found that spicy food, bread, cheese, onions are some of the foods which triggers the noises. Please help
