Nodule found but was clear means what?
What happened about the nodule further? any repeat xray was done or not?
excessive edema on the feet can be asign of congestive cardiac failure and as your age is 54 there is a high chance for it.
Also you have gained weight around the middle part of your body can be due to fluid collection in your abdomen again because of congestive cardiac failure.
Also the nodule that was found in the lung can be a vanishing tumour due to fluid in the fissure
