Nocturnal cramps, taking methycobal and Evion. How long can one take these medicines?

I am 58 and get nocturnal cramps . I am taking methycobal and Evion? How long can one take this medication as I understand evion has some effect on the heart?

DO not worry, These can be taken safely for a year or so and can be continued if your doctor has recommended so.
It depends on your existing nutritional status. If deficiency is fully treated, its better not to take un necessarily
