No Weight Gain, Become Pale And Weak. Why ?

My 11 year old son has not gained weight for approximately 18 months, he is pale, and almost seems frail. He has gone from being extremely athletic to lethargic almost. He eats very healthy, but is very thin. 4 8 and has been approximately 68 pounds now for close to 2 years. He is not growing taller either in this time frame.
