Hello Ray.

I would like to start off with advicing a pregnancy test as is protocol on such situations. Please conduct a home pregnancy test using an early morning urine sample.

The next step would be to consider other conditions that can result in such a presentaion and visit a doctor to find the exact cause. They are:
-Stress
-Medications
-Infections
-Pelvic inflammatory disease
-Hormonal imbalance
-Sudden weight gain or loss
And a few others. But the above mentioned ones are the most common causes. So please do visit your doctor for an elaborate evaluation once pregnancy has been ruled out.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
