Dear Ms Priya

Delay in periods during the months of stressful activity physically or mentally is normal. It is quite likely that you have been taxing yourself these days. It moght have also occured due to thyroid or other hormonal imbalances. You would need to get these tested, incase felt by the examining doctor, based on other features of hormonal disease.
Only once you have a normal clinical examination you should consider to take progesterone tablets for few days. withdrawing the medicine then would trigger initiation of your menstrual cycle.
wish you best wishes for your married life!
