Newborn's Upper Cheeks Have Rash Or Baby Acne, Has Stuffy Nose, Gets Red During Feed. Is This Allergy ?

Hello. I have a newborn, 6 wks, first time mom and I have noticed that my baby's cheeks have a "rash" or "baby acne" near her upper cheeks. This gets red during feedings and she wheezes and has had a stuffy nose since i can remember. I have also noticed she is very gassy and fussy after feedings. I have switched from Similac Advance to Similac Sensitive but she is still gassy and fussy and became constipated. I have added gripe water to her feedings and even though she has bowel movements (small ones once a day) she still is very gassy/fussy. I breastfeed as well and supplement with formula. I have heard of food allergy to milk is common. Could this be it? There's so many different formulas to choose from and I'm quite overwhelmed.

you cant give any milk formula till 6 months
milk theory says child need onk breast milk for 2 years and after that no milk
but even if you want to add dont try before 6-9 months
switch completely to breastmilk and the child immunity is low so the senstivity whihwill recover with age
you can use calamine lotion for skin and non toxic oils soaps and shampoo
