Thankyou for choosing health care magic! This could be a normal vomiting because of false feeding practice and on the other end it could be a Hypertropic pyrolic stenosis. In the later condition because of excessive growth of innerwalls of lower end of stomach (pylorus) food cannot pass through the lower end and accumulated in stomach which gives rise to vomiting. Usually surgery is the option for pyloric stenosis. I would advise you to see a pediatrician/pediatric surgeon for proper cure.
