Nervous stomach every morning. Reasons ?

Hi, every morning I get a nervous stomach no matter what I eat or don t eat. Something I eat to prevent it and other times I try not to eat because I wonder if they food I m picking are causing my nervous stomach. But my nervous stomach comes when i m in class or at a large gathering so it makes me wonder maybe because I m nervous myself and my stomach is just reacting to my mind or body. I even try using the bathroom before school to see if it will help but it doesn t, I need help asap with this because it s really embarrassing to sit in class and hear my stomach roaring no matter what I do or eat. School just started and I would really appreciate anything that would help me stay focus in class and not worry about my roaring tummy. Thxs.

Hi dear thanks for your question HCM, where ever you go ,what ever you eat your stomach roaring,Dear this is called increased peristalsis of your stomach, since your always nervous, nervousness increases the acid production in your stomach, which cause pain in stomach ,and nervousness also increases the peristalsis of you stomach which produces increased sound, stay relaxed and get your EGD,commonly called as endoscopy done to rule out any organic cause of increased sound production by your stomach, meanwhile you can take ,tab pantoperizole and some anxiolytic,to control your nervousness and roaring of your stomach.hope the answer is helpful to you
