Neoplasm In Testicles, Soft, Not Painful, Vary In Size Due To Sexual Activity Level

I am a 57 year old male that has a neoplasm on my right testicle and have been referred for an ultrasound . THe left testicle has a similar lump that I think has always been there for the past ten years or so. I am scared to death; these are not painful and also not hard but seem to be soft and go up and down in size; depending on sexual activity etc. How worried should I be?

It seems you are having a benign lesion .
Get a check up with surgeon and get the test done to have a proper diagnosis and treatment .Hope with proper diagnosis and treatment you will be all right .
