Negative pregnancy test, delayed periods, spotting, fever. Immature cells in blood. Ectopic pregnancy?

i got my periods delayed for 3 months and done all pregnancy test but it came negative. but last day i got just spotting kind of periods and fever also i checked my blood and found immature cells of 6% know i am tensed that will it be due to ectopic pregnancy plz answer me or else what can be the reasons for above mentioned symptoms.

You did not say if you were having regular cycles earlier. If so, you should immediately go to a gynaecologist for a thorough checkup. Your fever could be associated with your spotting but the finding of immature cells should be viewed with caution. Perhaps you had a missed abortion but it should be confirmed by an examination, a sonogram and blood tests. Take care.
