Needle Poking Feeling In Chest?

my dad is 88 years old for the past 5 days hes been feeling a needle poke feeling in his left chest area heart he only feels it with a single poke feeling and has it for 1 to twice a day what can this be help

From your description i do not think that your Dad`s symptoms are a cause for worry. It could be a muscular pain or it could be because of excessive gas built up in the intestines or some nerve excitation. However if you are still concerned have a cardio check up and a xray chest done.
