Need Treatment For Stomach Pain With Loss Of Appetite

Hello...for the past 3 months I have not been able to ANYTHING without getting a stomach ache so much I have lost my appetite...and have lost 10 lbls ...my BMs have changed...no diarrhea or constipation but greasy like sticky soft light colored bms...I m bloated always and uncomfortable...sharp pain on right side (hip) 2-3 times a day after I eat... I have given up certain foods to see what may be causing the issue... I do not eat dairy...am lactose intolerant...no peanuts...no aspartame...no added sugar or sweets... I am allergic to tomatoes and strawberries... I hate going to the doctors

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of pain in stomach on eating, loss of appetite, lost 10 lbs, greasy soft light colored bowel movements for the last 3 months. Also a problem of bloating, sharp pain on right hip, lactose intolerant hence not eating dairy, not taking many food stuffs as you have mentioned.
Hence form the history it is sure that you are allergic to many things and the existing problem can be due or gastritis and/or pancreatitis as per the history you have provided.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Upper GI Endoscopy.
CT scan of the abdomen.
Test of blood for cbc, amylase, lipase, liver and kidney function.
Tests of stool and urine.
This will give you the proper diagnosis and a plan for treatment.
