Need Treatment For Stomach Pain With Fever
My son (8 years) is suffering from stomach pain and 99-100 fever. He is having cough also. I'm confused, if the fever is due to stomach infection or cough. There are no vomitings and he takes diet also once pain in stomach becomes less. Normally pain start at around 3-4 pm from past two days. Please suggest
