HI i am 25 male, i had a chest infection over 3 weeks ago, ever since then i have always been short of breath when walking a short distance or walking up stairs, i also have slow gradual left side central chest pain and my left calf i have pain feels like so deep down in my caf

So better to consult pulmonologist and get done clinical examination of respiratory system, chest x ray and PFT (Pulmonary Function Test). Chest x ray is needed to rule out chest infection. PFT is needed for the diagnosis of bronchitis. You may need antibiotics, inhaled bronchodilators and inhaled corticosteroid (ICS).
