Hi Doctor,I struggle to fall asleep at night,i just cant switch of my mind,sometimes Im wide awake at 2 or 3 in the morning. What can I do to help me fall asleep without using pills because I drink at night pills to help me but now it does,not help anymore.
hi u have sleep maintainance problem first rule out any condition associated with sleep problem like depression and anxiety disorder. if this is present and it require medication but if u only suffering 4m sleep problem than following will helpful to u 1. set fix sleep time 2. avoid tea coffe alcohol soft drinks befor 3 houes of sleep 3 regular exercise 4.meditations 5. avoid heavy meal in dineer 6. avoid nap in afternoon 7.clean and cool room enviornmt 8. light music while u sleep hope this will helpful to u thank you
