Need Treatment For Laryngitis.

6 days ago I lost my voice(laryngitis). No fever, but slight running nose, throat pain. Yesterday, problem moved to upper chest with voice back to about 80 percent. I now have tightness in the chest, difficulty breathing, sometimes grasping for air. Still no fever, but nose is running somewhat. I have throat pain again even though it was almost pain free on day 5 and 6. I have been taking mucosolvan for 4 days(75mg twice a day)-one day remaining, and twice I took Ibuprofen(800mg). I am 71 and this is the first infection in perhaps the past 30 years. I am in Bangkok, Thailand. YYYY@YYYY
