hi I AM DR nataraj. RBBB DO NOT PRODUCE ANY SYMPTOMS,HOW EVER, IF U DEVELOP INTERMITTENT RBBB ,IT MAY PRODUCE SOME PROBLEM, CERTAIN TIMES,Also if u develop LEFT sided chest pain on work outs, the RBBB MAY BE SIGNIFICANT.some individuals have always low pulse rate 50- 60,which usually donot produce any problems, however if u experience any Lt sided chest pain, palpitation and shortness of breath,u required to consult cardiologist for further study.so donot worry ,u ar seem tobe normal inspite of moderate work out.plz check once thyroid hormone status in your blood.
thanking.Nice day
