Need Suggestions On Natural Medicines For Glaucoma
My wife is diagnosed with Glaucoma. The Dr. is an OD but did not give in writing what kind of glaucoma she is experiencing. My wife was given eye drops and scheduled a return visit in 3 months to check progress. I believe the type of glaucoma is symptomatic of a normal tension glaucoma. We were wondering if herbal or other natural treatment would be acceptable. Her OD does not seem informed about natural treatments.

Glaucoma is close angle open angle acutecongestive even normotensive. Common problem is raised iop. management is different to start with. measuring the tension anterior segment examination gonioscopy field mapping are important for glaucoma treatment. The doctor must have dianosed it in first visit. Continue the drop as adviced. Discuss the other detail when you visit after three month.
