Need Relief From Swollen Vagina, Burning Sensation While Urination And Itchiness With UTI. I Am 31 Weeks Pregnant.

Hi im 31 weeks pregnant and was treated about a month ago for a uti and a yeast infection both cleared up for a couple of days than all my symptoms came back like swollen vagina no smelly discharge in fact hardly any at all. Burns when I pee after sex itchy and very dry down there well they have done the cultures and everything came back normal. I ve been putting hydrcoritizon down there to stop the itching and swelling some nights it works other Times it doesn t im desperate for an answer I need relief!!! Please help (First time mom)

Hello

Your findings may indicate UTI(urinary tract infection).UTI need prompt treatment in pregnancy.
You may need proper clinical evaluation and investigations.
Investigation include routine hemogram,random blood sugar,urine culture and sensitivity,ultrasound of KUB region.

You may need proper antibiotics depending upon culture and sensitivity report.
You should drink lot of water.
