Need Medication For Vomiting Sensation Caused While Travelling To Higher Altitude

Hello Doctor - Well I am planning to go to Hill station & every time my 9 year old gets this vomitting feeling & all through the journey he throws up. IF there is any medicine which can be given to control vomitting . I shall be thankful to you. One of my friend recommended Perinom tablets , but I haven't used it.

I really appreciate your concern, in age of nine year if having motion sickness the it is better to keep the child nil by mouth, although medicine can not be given at this age but local application of scopolamine can be used in this age, else for the oral medication you will have to discuss with pediatrician oral medication could cause the sided effects like extra pyramidal syndrome (perinom) hope this information helps.
