Need Medication For Swelling & Internal Bleeding Of Tongue

So i bite my tongue a couple of days and soon after i bite it i noticed a pooling of blood inside of my tongue. My tongue is now swollen and there is signs of internal bleeding in my tongue what should I do?
-->this has happened at the bottom of my tongue

thanks for your query, i have gone through your query. the swelling in the tongue could be a hematoma that is bleeding within the tongue. consult your oral physician and get yourself examined. you can apply cold ice cubes and warm fomentation alternatively. avoid trauma to the tongue. i hope my answer will help you.
