Need Medication For Severe Headache
I got severe headaches for the last two days. The pain was centered on the top of the head and was spreading along the back of the skull and on the back of my neck. Am I getting migraine? I took four Disprin pills in the last two days but still it took time to act. Is it migraine? What should be the right medications?

I think that you have a headache or a migraine. You can try the following to help you with the pain. Do you have any other symptoms like fever or runny nose or any other issues?
You can try the following to help you:
Drink lots of water
Inhale steam added with Eucalyptus oil to clear the nasal passages
Take 2 to 3 tablets of Paracetamol 500 to help you with the pain
Take tablet cetirizine 10 mg once at night to help you with a runny nose if you have it.
Follow up after 3 days.
