Need Medication For Mild To Moderate Chest Pain

I have had mild to moderate chest pain throughout the day today, but not lasting for long periods of time. My blood pressure has been between 168/99 up to 184/112 and my blood sugar is 409. I also had a root canal today. I am a 57 year old male. Should I go to the ER or wait until morning?

Hi. Looking at the complaints I would advice you to visit ER for your raised blood pressure and chest pain. If a patient like you comes to my clinic I would ask for an ECG too rule out any acute cardiac event.
