ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi , as per your clinical history it appears as you are having CSOM ( Chronic suppurative otitis media)
Keep ear dry (don't put any ear drop) hearing will go down , Keep ear dry donot allow water go inside while bath.
Use antibiotic Ofloxacin + ornidazole & Antihistaminic levocetirizine + Leukotriene antagonists Montelukast combination.
If you don’t get relief , ENT examination & investigation become essential.
Hope this helps , Thanks.
