Hello sir and welcome.

In my opinion, the reason why your doctor has prescribed dronis to your wife is because she may be having an irregular menstrual cycle. Dronis is an oral contraceptive but it also helps to regularize the menstrual cycle in women who have an irregularity.

Once her cycle is more regular, your doctor may change the medications and advice you to then start trying to conceive.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
