Hello and welcome to HCM,

The interpretation of urine report is as follows:
Presence of gram positive bacteria and a a culture positive for Enterobacteriaeae, a type of bacteria in urine sample is suggestive of urinary tract infection.
Presence of pus cells on microscopy further supports the presence of infection in the urine sample.
Further a drug sensitivity test.
In drug sensitivity test, most appropriate antibiotic is identified effective against the bacteria.
Since, you are pregnant, selection of antibiotic is very important since, a large number of drugs are contraindicated during pregnancy since they can have ill-effect on the baby.
Consult your gynaecologist to select most appropriate antibiotic during pregnancy.

Thanks and take care
