Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

Your report suggests suspicious apical densities in right lung.It may be sequel of past infection or active infection.
It is difficult to determine low grade infection present inside the lesion.
Apico-lordotic view should be taken to properly visualize apical areas because apical areas are covered by many bony structures like clavicle, ribs.

It is important to rule out infective etiology.
You need proper clinical examination and further investigations.
Proper treatment depend upon findings. You may require antibiotics.

Hope I have answered your question.
Take Care
