Need Help With Understanding My Sonography Result

i m pregnant.my periods date was 16 april.yesterday i spotted some blood.today i had gone through sonography .it showed result as--Utreus is anteverted in position.normal in size echotexture.there is evidence of crumpled gestational sac measuring around 8 mm with no evidence of any fetal pole or yolk seen at present. Residual crumpled g-sac within Endometrium at present scan suggest incomplete aborrtion.

Sorry to inform you that you are suffering from incomplete abortion.
Incomplete abortion is indicated by non visualization of fetal parts and irregular shape of G-sac.
Remained part of embryo inside the uterus may pass spontaneously.If there is continuous bleeding or non passage of remained parts then D & C can be done.
Uterus is normal in size and position.
