welcome to Health care magic.
1.That means the disc which is suppose to be in-between two vertebral bodies has moved posteriorly.
2.And causing pressure effect on the nerves and spinal chord posteriorly.
3.If that effect is there there will be symptoms like pain, tingling sensation , numbness are seen.
4.In order to get rid of these symptoms, one has to remove the cause.
5.According to severity, one will decide an intervention or simple exercise.
Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
