Need Help With Multiple Problems Of Headaches, Chest Pain And Incontinence

Hi iam a 24 yr old female thats been having really BAD headaches for 5-6 months now. I also have lower back and side pain even when i cough, yawn or even sneez. Iv got pain on the left and right chest to the point were im afraid to take a breath because i feel like i will die. Within the past month I also had no control or urinating it would just come out. Please help me I dont know whats going on.

It may be costochondritis ( related to ribs). Check your Vit D3 levels. Do you have history of recurrent cold? Just rule out sinusitis. Daily exercise, exposure to sunlight, intake of fruits minimum 2-3 servings per day, will go long way. Consult urologist for urinary incontinence.
