Need Help With Analysis Of Routine Stool Examination

My stool routine examination reveals as under : OVARW -seen,

H.W - Not Seen,

W.W - Not Seen

PIN.W - Not Seen

AMOBEA - Not Seen

GIADIA - Not Seen

RBC - 2-3/HPF

Pus Cells - NIL

MUCOS - Seen

My appetite is poor, at times there is gurgling n light pain in the stomach. while lying down on the bed there is discomfort in the stomach. also the stool movement is not satisfactory - at times I have to strain and some times there is irritating pain and I have to go more than once. Is there any thing alarming for which I have to consult a Dr immediaitely?
