If there is a fetus in the uterus and heart beat is appreciated then the baby is doing well.
The ovaries are routinely screened during ultrasound scan. Your measurements of the ovaries are normal. The corpus luteum is a normal structure. During pregnancy, there is corpus luteum of pregnancy which develops in the ovary from which the egg released. In your case, there looks like corpus luteum in both ovaries. This will not cause any risk to the developing fetus.
