Need help in reading the blood test report for typhoid. What is the recovery period?

Hi Doctor i had done my blood test for typhoid and it gave the result as Sal.typhi 0 antigen : postive 1 :80 dilution sal.typhi h antigen : postive 1:40 dilution Sal.para typhi AH : Negative 1:20 dilution sal. para typhi bh :negative 1:20 diluction antigen leptospira Igm : 8 u/ml do i have typhoid and how long it will take to recover

Firstly, your report shows a lower dilution from that required for a diagnosis of typhoid. The antigen level depends on the endemicity of typhoid in that geographic area. But accepted value taken clinically is 1:200 dilution.
So, apparently, you do not have typhoid disease.
The leptospira is also not upto the level.
Consult with your treating doctor for further management.
