Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM

Your physical and chemical parameters in the urine are within normal range.
The thing of concern is the high levels of PSA in blood.
Very high levels are seen in cancer of the prostate.
It is definite that you are suffering from some problem of the prostate.
Consult your doctor (urologist preferably) for a rectal ultrasound and aprostatic biopsy.
These investigations will let your doctor know the exact pictur and hence plan further management.

Thanks and take care
