Need healthy way to reduce weight

hello doctor ,well i hope that u answer my question as soon u can, im a girl 18 years old ,mu tall is 1.70m and my weight is 107 ,i have tryed to do some health control and tp do a datie but it always go bad i didnt lose any weight and i really need to lose weight and i need ur opinion about the healthy way to lose lot of weight in a short time;thnx alot please i really ned this hellp

Your question is simple and answer is management of overweight and Obesity is long term and complex as it requires lifestyle changes.

Your height is 170cm so your weight is 107 kg if we calculate BMI it is more than 35 which is grade II obesity.

You need a medical checkup to rule out any medical checkup to rule out hormone or Thyroid issues.There are no short cuts in this.

Main treatment for obesity consists of dieting and physical exercise.

Low calories diet may produce weight loss over the short term, maintaining weight loss is difficult and often requires making exercise and a lower food energy diet lifestyle.

Aerobic exercises, such as cycling, swimming, walking, running.

Taking low calories and low fat diet , please understand a deficit of 3500 Kcal causes weight loss of 500 Gm/day.

If you exercise and take care of diet then there are few medicine available to help like Orlistat which you will get through prescription.

there is no short cut for losing weight,you got to have Patience,and you have to do it slowly if hurry up then you may lose the will to lose weight and even if you lose weight u will surly get it back,now according to your height your ideal weight should be around 70kg,that should be your aim.
