my doppler test results final interpretation is as follows. what does it mean? no regional wall motion abnormality. LVH present. trace MR. trace TR (RSVP=28MMHG0. normal mitral inflow pattern present. no intracardiac clot/mass/pericardial pathology. pls explain

Thank you for your question on HCM. In my opinion I would like to know few things. Your age, are you suffering from hypertension or other lung disease. LVH is left ventricular hypertrophy and it is seen most commonly in hypertension and also seen in old age. Otherthingis RVSP is Right Ventricular end SYSTOLIC Pressure which is indirect measure of pulmonary artery pressure. This is raised in your report. Normal is 10-15 mmhg. You are having mild pulmonary hypertension. This is seen more commonly with lung disease and also in old age and in systemic hypertension. So your detail history is needed. Age, HT, Lung disease or not etc.
