Need Analysis Of Stool Culture
my baby is 2 years and 2 months old, the examine shows that the color of her stool is brown, soft mucoid, many bacteria, red cells 2-3 /hpf 5-10 /hpf pus cells. and fat globules is few. other is no ova or intestinal parasite seen.. what does it means?

Your baby is suffering from colitis (intestine infection) due to bacteria.
This is indicated by presence of pus cells,RBC and many bacteria in stool.
He need investigations like stool (routine and microscopic examination)and stool culture.
Proper antibiotics depend upon culture and sensitivity report.
He should be given adequate fluids.
