Hello Doctor, My name is Sonia , I want to consult my 1st Sonoghraphy Report . Following are the measures :- 1. Gravid Uterus contains a single healthy gestational sac corresponding to 5 weeks 2day with a single foetal pole in it. 2. Foetal maturity is 7 week 1day by CRL 10.6mm. 3. Yolk sac measures 2.8mm. 4. Foetal cardiac activity detected is 140/min. Is there any complications , or some precautions are required . Kindly suggest
You have absolutely normal reports. There is single intrauterine G-sac with fetal pole noted inside it and maturity of G-sac is 5 weeks 2 days. However according to CRL(Crown-rump length),which is more accurate for fetal maturity is 7 weeks and 1 day. Yolk sac measures 2.8 mm and it is normal. Fetal cardiac rate is 140 beats/min. So,findings are normal and there are no complications.
Hope i have answered your query. Take Care Dr.Indu Bhushan
