Need Advice For Queries On Throat Dysplasia.

Hi, my daughter has been diagnosed with throat dysplasia. My understanding is that instances will be removed when they occur. Questions are: 1) Is this now a lifelong probem of checking every so often if new problems occur 2) If watched is there still a chance that they will turn into throat cancer?
