Need A Safe Abortion Method. Had Multiple Abortions In The Past. Chances Of A Safe Pregnancy In Future?

hi, I had a surgical abortion 4yrs ago, 3months ago I got the second surgical abortion, now I got tested pregnancy. I ve decided to end up pregnancy again. 1. what method would be the safest way for my case, as I consider medical pill this time, I guess it cause less damage to my body. 2. can I have a baby in the future. I promise I will never do abortion again. 3. what can I do now specifically? thank you.

You once consult gynecologist once, get examined and go for ultrasound.
By this the intrauterine pregnancy can be confirmed and gestational age can be estimated accurately.
After that with the doctor's advice you can choose the method of termination.
If the gestational age below 8 weeks, you can go for medical abortion.
Repeated abortions can affect future fertility. So better to be careful in future.
