Hello doctor... This is Raj, 27 years old from Bangalore, I have a question regarding to sex...

I was with my girl friend, but not able to have sex as my penis size will become very small all of a sudden. I work in night shifts and not sure this is one of the reasons for this....

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have problem of getting hard erection enough to penetrate vagina and not due to small penis..

The length of the penis in flaccid state has no significance it is the hardness that is important for sexual satisfaction.

Your problem of erectile dysfunction seems to be mind related and due to Performance anxiey.
Please consult qualified Urologist for detail evaluation and further treatment.
